 HobbsHobbs (USA) have been manufacturing heavy duty lighting products for the marine and automotive markets since 1956. Amelec is the Australian distributor for Hobbs marine lighting products. The Hobbs range of sealed beam halogen lamps was introduced in the eighties and has been widely recognised as the key to success of their marine lighting range. The sealed beam design prevents the ingress of water into the lamp itself, which is the primary cause of failure in conventional non-sealed beam designs.The Hobbs marine range incorporates spot and flood versions for a variety of onboard applications. A trapezoidal beam is also available upon request. All versions are available in either 12 or 24V configuration. Functional yet aesthetically pleasing has made the Hobbs marine lamp the choice of professional and leisure boaters around the world.
